On the record, the Bismarck Tribune is one of the best papers in the upper midwest compared to some other papers such as the Fargo Forum and Star Tribune (Twin Cities). But, here is one news item regarding RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) chips. This past week, North Dakota put a new law on the books that bans the forced injection of these chips into any human.
